PRODUCT WARRANTY

  • 1 (One) year warranty for general items against any design or manufacturing defects and items under normal care and usage.
  • No warranty for wear and tear and consumable items such as wheels, tyres, battery, charger and removable component.
  • No warranty for individual electronic components such as relays, switches, capacitors, resistors and integrated circuit chip/board.
  • Warranty becomes void under these conditions but not limited to:
  • Abusive and improper use/ handling: Using the product in a manner contrary to the user manual’s instructions.
  • Accidents: Damage caused by accidental events.
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Altering the product or attaching unapproved accessories.
  • Use with Unintended Equipment: Operating the product with other devices it wasn’t designed to work with.
  • Incorrect Environment: Exposing the product to physical or operating conditions beyond its specifications.
  • Neglect: Failing to perform necessary maintenance or proper storage.
